Estimator (Mechanical Engineering).
Ensuring major and minor tender proposals are managed effectively and efficiently
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years estimating experience.
- Experience in food, beverage and construction industry.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects).
- AutoCAD 2D & 3D – review dimension and print drawings
Projects / Site Supervisor.
Supervising and coordination of projects from tendering to completion, ensure a high-quality product is
completed safely, on time and on budget.
- Mechanical Qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years post trade leadership experience.
- Experience in food, beverage and construction industry.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects).
- AutoCAD 2D & 3D – review and print drawings.
- Understanding of planning processes.
- Deputise for other staff members as appropriate.
Purchasing / Stores Officer.
This position offers candidates the opportunity to work as a part of the our team. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated “team player” who is willing to pitch in with all aspects of estimating.
- Assisting with owner/client payout applications
- Subcontractor invoicing
- Subcontractor payment processing
- Lien waivers and lien tracking
- Updating information in company database
- Calling/emailing vendors for quotes, qualifications, other information
- General assistance to Estimating, Project Management staff as required
- Desired Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in project accounting
- Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with construction software accounting and/or project management packages, (such as CMIC, Timberline, Prolog, or similar application.
Trades-Professionals.
Implement work that has been passed on by the Manufacturing Manager and / or Leading Hand, to ensure
a quality product.
- Mechanical Trade Qualifications.
- Experience in food, beverage and construction industry.
- Understanding of planning processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Deputise for other staff members as appropriate.
